09.45 Registration

10.00 – 12 noon Understanding Relationships – Identify the key attributes that lead to success and understand the importance of listening

12 noon – 1pm Complimentary Light Lunch

1pm – 3pm – Qualification & Questioning – Understand how to dig deeper and unearth the key information you need to succeed
