Thursday Thirty – 13th January 2022
Our first Thursday Thirty of the year took place at the beautiful, newly
refurbished Lion & Swan Hotel in Congleton on the 13th January. Hosted by
Jake Pear, Managing Director at Pear Hospitality.
We had a short presentation from Jake Pear, telling us about the renovations
that took place and some of the interesting, historic tales of the building.
Guests of the event enjoyed some delicious bacon brioche baps in the Leone
Restaurant followed by a tour of the Hotel and the Radley Bar downstairs.
