Spring Clay Shoot – 24th May 2017
The East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce Spring Clay shoot took place in May at The Cloudside Shooting Ground, Congleton.
The East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce hold two Clay Pigeon shoots a year at Cloudside, the Spring one being sponsored by Berisfords Ltd., Congleton and the Autumn one sponsored by Business Doctors.
Once again the weather was kind to the competitors and following a good days shooting the winning team was declared as Reliance Medical and Guests. The best individual score was won by Richard Howe of Senior Aerospace with second place going to James Moore of Brighter Bills and third place was taken by Martin Knipe of the Playground Company. Hannah Kennedy had the best Ladies Individual Score.
Those taking part in the shoot were treated to a “Cloudside Steak Pie” dinner and later a raffle was held in support of the East Cheshire Chamber’s Charity of the year, Kidneys For Life.
The Autumn Clay Shoot will take place in Octber.
